STEP1 :- To View Assamese in Those Mobiles Which Don't Support Assamese Font
At the very first we have to download "Opera Mini" browser in our mobiles. If we type "config:" or "about:config" or "opera:config" in the Address Bar, a menu for setting will be displayed namely "Power-User settings".The last option available will be "Use bitmap fonts for complex scripts"....select "yes" and save it. All fonts will be displayed properly afterwards in the browser.
Note:- This Facility is Available only in "Opera Mini" browser, not in "Opera Mobile"
STEP2 :- To Write Assamese from Mobiles
First we have to download a software called "Panini Keypad" to our mobiles (Though this application is designed specially for texting messages in different Indian Fonts, still we may use it to write Assamese in Facebook or other Internet purposes). After the application has been installed we have to go to the option "Write Messegeलिखे" available as the very first option in the application.Go to “Option” there and select "Change Language भाषा बदले" option and chose "Assamese". Also change the mode to "Mode A" going 2 d "Modeमोड" option, an Assamese Keypad will appear and we can type the letter we wish by just clicking at the bottom of the proper button displayed in the On-Screen Keypad. After the typing has been completed, go to option "View Textदेखे" and copy the texts by going to the "Editing Options".(In those mobiles which doesn't support assamese font, this typed letters will be displayed as box,but still copy it).Now open the "Opera Mini" browser and paste the texts in the status or comments in Facebook or whereever needed by going to "Fullscreen Edit" option and pressing Ctrl+v.(In those mobiles which don't support Assamese Font, proper Assamese letters will be displayed by the "Opera Mini" browser only after d pasted text has been posted)
I DON'T KNOW WHETHER THIS METHOD WILL BE HELPFUL FOR ALL TYPES OF INTERNET ENABLED MOBILES OR NOT BUT ITS WORKING PROPERLY IN MY NOKIA X5-01 MOBILE.THOUGH THIS METHOD IS LITTLE BIT COMPLICATED, BUT I THINK IT WILL WORK PROPERLY IN All THE MULTI-TASKING QWERTY-KEYPAD MOBILES
